In the effects control panel, is there a way to jump to the current spot in timeline?

Below is an image of what im talking about, i'm curious is there a way to jump to the current time.  Say if im zoomed in, and you can no longer see that blue line. Is there a way to just jump to it, rather than scrolling around.  What is that thing called, the play marker?
