Hey  all.

I recently purchased a Dell XPS 15 9560 and upgraded to the full suite on Adobe CC so that I could expand my video parameters on many creative projects I am working on. However, after much frustration and lots of failed troubleshooting I have now found myself running into an issue in which .MOV files shot on my iPhone 8 Plus (typically at 4k/30 fps) are only importing as audio files and do not show any sort of video after import.

I have tried using Adobe encoder to convert the files to MP4, but when I've imported those converted files they show up with audio but the video is completely blacked out and you can't see anything.

At this point I'm not sure which problems are due to my computer, the software, or even my settings. So any help any of you are willing to offer would be MUCH APPRECIATED!

Thanks in advanced for you help!

Steve
