Is Premiere Pro 25 available for download or not?

A strange thing happened. Bloggers out there and different tech resources had announced that Premiere Pro version 25 was out and available for download. My Creative cloud app says the latest version is my current 24.6.1. Meanwhile 2 (TWO!) days ago v25 started to appear on torrents. How come? Why do pirates already have the new version and I - who pays monthly - don't? What's the catch?

This might have been a sudden CC app update glitch, but I asked my fellow collegues and they don't have an update in their licensed CC apps either.

It’s being rolled out gradually. I’m in Australia, and version 25 hasn’t dropped here yet either.

Possibly to ease loads on the server?

Or to test if there is an issue with the update?
