Hello World!
Does anyone know if there is a way to set a Video channel - e.g. V1, V2, V3 - as a camera to allow me to switch between them for the final output?
I filmed a project recently with two Sony's and a GoPro. My current sequence looks like this.
As it stands its looking like I'm going to have to "cut the hell out of this" to switch between V1, V3, V2, V1 again, V3 etc etc so would really like to use the Toggle Multi-Camera View to my advantage instead. FWIW its a 45 minute before-during-after video of a car being sprayed which I'm to clip down to 2 minutes (or less).
I've tried to use Multi-camera imports but due to the videos being chunked up due to filesizes it takes each video clip as a camera so its a right mess, totally unworkable. On a previous MC project I've had to stitch the MTS files together first - which took AAAAAGES as it was a 2hr seminar - before I could import each camera's feed as one whole video file.
What would be the best practice approach for projects like this as I have more multi-camera shoots coming up and would love to learn how to improve my workflow.
I'm on Premiere CC 2018 latest version & updates - of course!
I look forward to your suggestions.
Cheers,
Luke
