Wow, CC 2018 is so very broken.
Ok, today's latest bizarre error ... I added some additional column data (Creation Date) to the Project Browser, when I click on the column header (Creation Date) I get a dialog box with the message"
"Loading metadata from file to prepare sort operation..."
The message NEVER finishes it's operation. So I check OS Event Viewer and I get this error every time I trigger a sort on Creation Date:

to the user ROB-8700K\Rob SID (S-1-5-21-1351146646-3133165885-2905471016-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
This is a permissions problem. Why is Adobe PP CC 2018 having permissions problems? CC 2017 did NOT have this problem.
