Low Quality Export Premiere Pro

Hello everybody, i am struggling with a sequence i am making. The original files are 4K and i get all the files after the export with pixels and very bad quality. If i change the sequence setting then i get it extremely cropped. I don't know what to do to have the video in high resolution.

Some specifics:

Original files are XAVC S 4K from Sony a7iii

Premiere Pro 2019 13

Please post screenshot export settings.

The field order in your sequence settings says: upper field first? should be progressive.

To make matching sequence settings just drag a clip into a empty timeline.
