Hi everyone !

I'm color grading a film and I have a bunch of effects (Colorista, Lumetri color, ...) on each shot that work fine. But when I add Magic Bullet Denoiser III, I get crazy graphics... Here is a quick screen capture of my playback area in Premiere Pro :

This problem is also present when I export the video. Here are a few additional information about my setup :

- Power supply : EVGA 850 BQ Certified 80 PLUS Bronze (bought 6 months ago)

- Motherboard : ASUS MAXIMUS VIII HERO (Bios v. 2.17.1246)

- CPU : Intel Core Kabylake i7-7700K

- Operating system : Windows 10 Pro (Build 17134.81)

- GPU specs : https://imgur.com/a/sjCkwtA

- And in my device manager, it says my GPU driver version is 25.21.14.1722.

Does anyone know about this issue ?

Thanks !

Hi RGAlix,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please try to switch the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only and check if it's exporting properly.

FAQ: How to change the Video Renderer in Premiere Pro?

Let us know if it helps.

Hi Sumeet,

I tried that, and I still have the same problem. The error code I get is 'A low level exception occurred in Denoiser III'.

Did you try the normal routine of cleaning your media cache and deleting the render files (or video previews) ?
