I have a bunch of clips that I put together in Premiere Pro 24. I  want to merge them into one big clip so that I can then speed up certain parts. Merge is greyed. Someone suggested creating a bin, but not sure how that would work. Any suggestions? UsingWindows 10 64

As another option, put them on a sequence, and do a full export to a good "digital intermediate" codec like ProRes422. Now you have a single clip, and work to your heart's desire on your ramps.

This is so often done in say long-form workflows.

Select all the clips, right click > Nest.

Then you can cut the nest and change the duration or speed, or use time remapping to change the speed of different parts of the nest.

Merge is used  for synchronizing audio and video.

You can also select the clips and put them in new sequence.

Than you can speed up per clip.
