MOGRTs Loading The Wrong Font

We have a lot of users opening our previously created MOGRTs in the new PP CC2019, and they're reporting that they are loading in the wrong fonts.

Is this a known bug? Is it expected to be fixed?

Sorry for your issue.

There are multiple users affected by this and we are investigating the issue. Till then, please check:

This work around solved the issue for me.

1. Launch the latest version of AE (16.0)
2. Go to Menu Bar and select File > Open
3. Choose your Mogrt
4. You will be prompted to select a folder to unpack the Mogrt to, please choose your location on disk
5. This will open the .AEP up
6. Open the Essential Graphics Panel and re-export the Mogrt. (save to Local Templates Folder)
7. Launch PR and add the newly exported Mogrt to a sequence

Until the developer of the title template MOGRTs I have provides an update, I am converting the specific titles I need one-at-a-time.
