Recently updated my Premiere Pro to 2022, and it's just ridiculous. I can't even work as it keep crashing. Motion Graphics stuck at 15%, then I have to force quit the program. Then Motion Graphics media always pending. I want to downgrade but how? The new update just sucks.
Turning off multiframe rendering in ae cleared this problem up for me

What is that video you linked. It just like a finished / exported project? Where's a mogrt in question?

BTW: I just tried a new sequence, dropped in a mogrt and it played fine, I then rendered and all was well. In previous versions you needed to add a piece of video first before adding a mogrt, but it has been working to first drop in a mogrt for a while now.

I downloaded the mogrt, drag my new machine to a standstill! But did work and no crashes. It might have looked like it at first because it's so burdensome, but mine was still running. I turned off 'multi-frame rendering' as per the best answer here and it made it much more playable, I was still dropping frames but it was tolerable, it's taking PP at least 2 minutes to 'render' 10 secs in the timeline.
