MOV Files Not Working in Premiere Pro 14.5

Not sure if this is because of the new update or not, but it seems as if some (not all) MOV files shot from an iPhone are not loading properly in Premiere anymore. I'm not sure why it's giving me this problem, as I have never had these issues in previous versions. I'm not able to load graphics on top of the videos either or else it will go greyscale. Again, not sure what's going on. Any advice or tips is appreciated!

This issue might be due to variable frame rate ,all the videos shot with a  phone should be converted to constant frame rate using handbrake converter before importing them to premiere.
