Adobe Premiere Pro:
How do I move the timer (I've drawn on the picture, is that what it's called?) exactly 1 or 2 or 4 seconds forward with a click in the Source window? Is there a tool or button on the keyboard? Or maybe you can change the setting so that I can move the timer forward exactly 1 or 2 or 4 seconds forward?

It would be great if it worked because it would save me a lot of time. 🙂

You can type in numbers with the numpad.

200 is 2 seconds, 400 is 4 seconds etc.
