Moving video/audio in timeline

I remember in the past being able to pull a clip up from video V1 to V2 and have the audio move with it automatically  (A1 to A2). Now it seems I have to hold shift to to do this action.. Is there a way to set it back to the original way?

Holding down shift has been introduced many moons ago.
