Hello Adobe Team!

I just updated my WIndows Adobe App (Premier included) and now I can't work because the visualization of .mov files are weird.

Look the image attached please. Just happens with videos with Video Codec Type: MP4/MOV H.264 4:2:0

I hope you can help me here.

Have a nice day

Thanks!

Hi PchStudio,

Thank you for your response, Neil.

PchStudio, you can also refer to the link mentioned below:

Resolution for an issue where green, purple, or pink haze appears in the Source and Program monitors in Premiere Pro.

Let us know if this helps.

Thanks,

Shivangi

That looks like a video driver issue.

What happens if you go to project settings and set Mercury Acceleration to software only?

And have you checked to make sure you're on the latest driver for your GPU? Manually go to the manufacturer's website and check to see if you have the latest driver installed.
