MP4 video showing up green

Hey everyone,

I have a video from a DJI Phantom 4 Pro that I'm trying to put into a video in Premiere v. 6.0.0. At first, it wouldn't import as a MOV file, so I converted it to a MP4 file. Now it's importing into Premiere, but it's just showing up as a green screen. It doesn't change back when I pause it and the original file didn't have any audio, so I'm kind of at a stand still. Any help appreciated!
