Hi there,

i can't import mts files in my premiere pro 2023 or 2022 version.

Is someone know how to resolve this problem ?

Are the MTS files still in the original directory structure of the SD card that they were recorded on?

If so, try using the Media Broswer tab instead of File > Import.

    MTS is supported.

    Are these camera files with ac3 audio on a mac?

    If for some reason you cannot convert to an edit friendly codec such as prores.
