NÃO CONSIGO BAIXAR O CREATIVE CLOUD

 Olá! Recentemente formatei meu computador, com isso o creative cloud e os apps foram deletados.   Quando peguei o computador de volta para instalar o creative cloud, toda vez que abro o site aparece "error 500: Internal Server Error" em minha tela.

 Tentei todas as formas de tutoriais e blogs que diziam para "limpar os cookies, cache..." estou a dois dias precisando trabalhar e não consigo ter acesso ao premiere.

 

Desde já agradeço e aguardo a resposta.
