New Nvidia driver from January 5th seems to have resolved export crashes on Nvidia 50 series cards.
Leaving a report, the driver released yesterday seems to have solved the problem of export crashes in Premiere on Nvidia 50 series cards, which is my case. I did a clean install and restarted the computer. Since I don't have a large amount of video material to test with larger videos, I'm not sure if large material will crash. I tested it with a personal family video 4k , a little over 15 minutes long. Exporting in both Premiere and Media Encoder didn't crash; it was very fluid.
