Hi

I got this message when trying to transcribe a video.

Captions-1.png

When I click on 'Create captions...' I get captions from a previous video I worked on. Not much use.

How do I get it to transcribe the current video?

Thanks

Mark

Hi

I have solved this problem now.

1. In the Text panel, select the Transcribe tab (at the top of the panel)

2. Click the three dots icon, (top right) and select re-transcibe sequence.

3. Follow the instructions.
