No video when importing.

I'm having this issue when I import a clip onto the timeline, no video is imported, only the audio is there. I have to compleetly close the program and restart it to be able to add one clip, then the same problem occurs again. Please help.

Sorry for the issue. It seems like an issue with source patching.

Please try the steps recommended in this article: FAQ: Why does audio or video not go to the track where I drop it?
