No voice on my phone yes on my computer, same file

hi, I render a video and when i play in my computer (mac) it's ok, i play in others an its ok the video but when I play the video on my cel phone (iPhone)  the background music play and sound whit the levels I edit but the voice isn't there,is like a mute channel of audio but just in my cel, no on my computer,  can you help me

Hola, hice un video y al momento de reproducirlo en mi computadora se reproduce el audio con las voces y la imagen, pero, cuando lo paso a mi celular o lo reproduzco desde dropbox el video corre como si no llevara voz, no son espacios de silencio, la voz desaparece... solo cuando lo reproduzco en mi celular o desde internet, alguien sabe cual es el motivo?

Thank you!!! Just one question, why in audition and premiere I can see 2 channels and in earphones sound stereo

What you are hearing is out of phase mono, the dialogue will not sound like it is in the center of your head.
