None working contral panel

• I have serious question! My control panel are display all video properties only time remapping is appearing, but (motion and opacity aren't there) if you can please help to fix this. Thanks

Control panel isn't displaying video effects, only time remapping is appearing but motion and opacity aren't there, so how can I scale to certain size,

What do you mean by "control panel"?

 Do you mean Effect Controls panel?
