Not accepting any file format

I've tried converting my recordings to just about every format to import it into Premiere pro. Non are working. I even tried mp4 at least 20 times. Please help me ;-;

What was the native format and are you on PC or MAC?

I have seen where a ProRes file was not always successful when using a PC.  It was inconsistent in that sometimes it would accept (usually after a fresh boot), while others it would not even though it should be fine.

First, "native format" is the original file type of the media ... and to really get this in detail, it's handy to download MediaInfo, then drag/drop a media file onto that app, go to Tree View in it, and see what the relevant part shows. Even posting a screen-grab. Then we'll know if it's say AAC audio in an MP4 file or whatever.

Second, it's a better process to use the PrPro Media browser to navigate to your files on disc, select & import from that Media Browser panel. Gets better metadata about the file into the PrPro meta database.
