Bonjour à tou/tes/s,

(tout d'abord, mes excuses de ne pas poster cette nouvelle discussion au bonne endroit, mais il me semble qu'il n'existe plus de bonne endroit, puisqu'il n'y a pas de forum question pour adobe media Encore?!)

J'ai des soucis lors de l'export en image Iso du DVD sur lequel je travail.

Le soucis est au niveau des sous titres. J'ai deux pistes, importés en TXT, une française et une anglaise.

Et Adobe m'indique un message d'erreur: " le sous-titre ou la sous-image de menu est trop complexe pour être codé(e)"

Les pistes sous titres sont pourtant tout à fait fonctionnel et lisible dans le logiciel Encore.

+ j'ai déjà testé un export en ISO du même dvd mais avec seulement 3 minutes de sous titrage, et là ça fonctionnait....

Yes, it can be difficult. It is not only because it has not been updated. DVDs have exact requirements to be compatible on most DVD players. And some Encore bugs were not fixed even when it was being updated.

Encore's subtitle system is indeed best described as complex. Clunky may be another word too, and I have always found it far better to never, ever edit anything in Encore but instead treat it as an authoring tool, pure and simple. If you do this you will find it much simpler to use.

For subtitling, I really recommend the superb - and freeware - Subtitle Edit.

This will allow you to create spec legal subtitles for anything at all, and also allow you tyo export thenm for whatever authoring tool you are using. I cannot think of enough good things to say about this excellent tool.
