I have a video file I created from OBS. I have OBS set to record .mkv. The mkv file is remux to mp4. This file was recorded with all 6 tracks selects. However, when I import the mp4 file into Premiere, only 5 tracks are imported. What happen of my 6th track? It's completely missing. I can't tell if I'm missing the 6th track or the 1st track. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks for your help.

Thanks for filing the bug report. I hope we can figure out what's going on. Please give the community more info. See: How do I write a bug report?
I'm not sure that this is a bug, however, and needs some troubleshooting.
This issue has involved demuxing the file properly in the past. Can you try exporting the .mkv file from another app that might offer different codecs than H.264? Try a ProRes LT file or another editing codec. That may work better. Check out Shutter Encoder for all your FFMPEG needs. That is what I use for such tasks.
Since we've seen this issue in the past and it involves an advanced workflow, let's move this into the Discussions forum for triage. We can always move it back here if we find a specific bug.
I hope the community can assist you.
Thanks,
Kevin

I'll give your suggestion a try too. Also, not sure of what happened, but now the OBS recordings (mkv) that have been remuxed as before to mp4 is working with all 6 tracks. I have changed anything and this part works properly. However, the strange things is that some tracks are only on right channel. I've tried select Mono and also made sure the Pan is neutral. Any thoughts? Thanks.
