Hello.
I am using the latest update of Premiere Pro.
I have an iMac running OS High Sierra 10.13.5
I am woking on a project and just imported a bunch of clips.
However, many of the clips are only showing up as audio tracks. The video is just not there.
I have been troubleshooting for an hour and searching forums. Below is a screen shot showing some of the clips that imported correctly and others that imported as audio only.
ALL of these video clips were shot in 2017 on iPhone.
This makes no sense. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Justin
Check the UserVoice system, searching for iPhone import issues, and you'll find information about this. You can of course search this forum for info, but I think you'll get better info quicker via the UserVoice filings.

Hi Justin,
Can you please confirm if the issue that you were facing has been resolved or not? In the latest update (v12.1.2), we fixed several issues around files importing as audio only. In case if it hasn't been fixed yet please let us know and I will be glad to assist you.
Thanks,
