Open Sequence hang up

I have a problem related to the sequence of Adobe Premiere Pro. Everytime I opened it, it will hang up and I have to reopen it. When so, I can use it normally. Could anyone please explain this error for me and show me how to fix it?

Are you working on an updated project or a new project started in this version of Premiere Pro?

Import your project/sequence in a new Premiere Pro project, let us know if that makes any difference.
