Opening caption crash Premiere 2022

Anyone have an idea WHY???/ It's very frustrating. 

I can find another way to do subtitles but I would like to know if there is any advice to fix this bug.

OS updated-  GPU updated, Premiere Updated.

Please fix this! Totally pathetic that attemptign to edit subtitles instantly crashes the industry leading software.
