Playback monitor bleeds over to main monitor

I have this weird thing that happens every time I switch from premiere, to another program, back to premiere. The playback monitor messes up and stretches to cover half of my main monitor. It's quite annoying to deal with.

Yea ... I've had that happen off and on for a couple cycles now. Very annoying as you note. I've posted about this on the UserVoice, voted "up" a couple things in the past.

Thanks for going to the UserVoice and posting a comment. It would be nice if this got fixed. I realize there's only a few of us with this problem ... but still, for us it's a big pita ...
