Please help. Render shows wierd gltich green purple lines on footage

Hi,

I have a dell Inspiron 15 with Amd Radeon R7 M440.

I have been facing this issue, when i ttr to render my project, the footages have this weird green rwd purple lines like a glitch. Is this because of my graphic card?

how can i upload a photo to explain this better.
