Hello, I'll try to be civil here as much as I can.

anyhow, since I have updated to 2018 (biggest mistake ever).

Adobe PR, Freezes, not working, I can't save I can't finish a project and I have missed 2 already, and today is my deadline for the new project.

some of you would say, 1- Talk to Adobe (I did, and I got sent here) thanks, Adobe.

Or 2- get back to 2017 ( I did and it's the same case as well. )

Or 3- get the cleaner and try re-install, ( I did already and it's the same as well. )

Or 4- Go kill yourself (I might take that into consideration. )

Or - 4.5- Try to update ( I have updated everything )

I'm using a laptop with WIN10

CPU: Corei7 4720HQ

Graphics Card: Nvidia 950m

RAM: 16GB

Hard Drive Type: SSD 512GB (if that matters)

The color of the laptop: RED (just in case!)

Really, I got sick of this situation, and I can't get back 2017 ver. with updates, I managed to get it without updates and it has issues, like the frames, are not accurate.

So please, fix it.

People are losing projects here, which equals to money + customers.

If you are only using one drive of 512 GB, you may not have enough drive memory to handle what you are trying to do.

No, my friend, that's not the case, plus there's an extra 1TB drive.

Has the chach and the backup files, and I have 40GB only for ADOBE PR workflow.

with 2017, the updated ver.

I never had any issues, and I was getting the work done just fine.

it would be nice, to have an option to rollback the update, so you would have the good ver.

but, I guess it's what it's.

Thanks.

Are you serious? The sent you back to the forums?

The SSD 512 is that the only drive?

Do I like like I'm kidding mate?

and no, it's not the only drive, I have a 1TB extra, but that has the fnished files only, so I install and work only on the SSD drive.

*For the record, not ADOBE the customer serivce, but I can't get to the customer serivce, and I end up being here.

as for the issue, what I'm doing right now is working with 2017, I just got it from one of the forms and added my serial key, and it worked, but it's not updated, it's the very first 2017 ver. that released and I'm sure you're aware it had some bugs then.

and when i give it update, it takes me to 2018, which has the issues that I'm facing right now...

I hope we get a fix for 2018, I just gave up on the project to be honest.
