I saw some other posts similar to this but none of them had a consistent solution. One of them had a response from an Adobe employee saying the only fix was to entirely re-install Windows on my machine, which seems like a pretty extreme "solution." As per another post, I've updated my computer's security settings to allow Premier through Controlled folder access but that didn't work. Are there any other known solutions to this problem? Or do I really need to re-install windows?

After months of having this issiue I have discover what works for me!!! I had to turn second monitor which I am using for editing. With one monitor on - Premere stats every time. - Make sure monitor is completly turn off. (unplug HDMI cable as power switch on my monitor is not turning it off completly)

I still have the same problem even after reinstallation of windows. Adobe refuses to fix it.

After months of having this issiue I have discover what works for me!!! I had to turn second monitor which I am using for editing. Nope, It didn't work for me at all.
Unplugged the HDMI, Unplugged the power cabel, restarted the PC. Reinstalled it. ABSOLUTLY NOTHING WORKS AT THIS POINTS. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!! THEY CAN'T FIX IT.
