Premiere 13.0.4 still does not launch, just avoid it.

A while back I installed Premiere 13.0.3, it refused to launch. So I reverted back to 13.0.2. Now today I tried to install 13.0.4 and again it refused to launch. I have now again reverted back to 13.0.2. What is going on at Adobe!! Why can they not get this fixed?

You may want to call Adobe support during business hours. They are very good and may know about specific hardware conflicts.

That is a rare issue so checking directly with support is probably wise.
