Hi.
I was working on a project and updated my premiere From 13.0.3 to 13.1.
Now Premiere hangs every time it gets to an H264 video on my timeline. The audio plays, but with no image or image frozen.
I can´t play or render preview.
The timeline indicator is all yellow. If I try to render a preview, I get an encoder error.
I can't work this way.
I've tried to update the video drivers, but the error still remains.
If I roll back to Premiere 13.0.3 all H264 play smoothly, but I can't open my project anymore, since I've saved it on Premiere 13.1.
How can I correct this issue?

Definitely having similar problems with h.264. Weird glitches everywhere including in the output.

I tried to update Premiere. I worked fine for a few hours with mp4 files. I had to wait for new audio for my edit. and Ended up working on another project on AE.
When I returned to Premiere, the problem started again.
I noticed that if I go to handbrake and convert the mp4 files to h264 NVEnc. Premiere runs fine.
If I try to use any H264 file (apart from those) Premiere does not work.
Just so you know, I tried to render a 1-minute video (edited from H264 files), Premiere's prevision of time was over 1 hour...
I'm currently using Premiere 13.1.2 (build 9)
