Hi,
Mine has also been crashing as I press Save As.
It then closes and doesn't save my work. So I have lost multiple projects I have been working on.

This has been happening to me. Has it been resolved. If so, what was the issue?

Hi Rameez,
No plugins installed
It also crashes when it bring up the import dialogue sometimes, so I think it has to do with how it's calling the file explore
Haven't tried cleanboot but I do need other services running.
I've noticed that when it does crash, premiere also stops auto saving for a while so I lose hours of work

Hi chili_chick,
Are you in an enterprise or network environment? Are you saving to a network share or a local computer?
Thanks,
Kevin

Single computer, saving to local drives on this computer. No NAS or anything.
I can even open a project created in this version, then as soon as I hit open project or save as, it crashes (but not all the time).

It also crashes when I use explorer related activities like "open project"

I have a simliar set up and have the same problems.
Premiere 12.0.1
Threadripper 1950X
Win 10 64x
MSI 1080ti
Taichi X399
64gb RAM
If I "save as" or even import, Premiere just feezes.
and I have to use the Task Manager and then restart as the crash
will keep happening on every re-lauch of Premiere until I restart.
