Hello everyone, myself Mujeeb.

This is so wierd issue as title says all
Capture.PNGCapture2.PNGCapture3.PNG

I bought Laptop a month ago, i was doing editing and everything were working Fine. later i had to update some drivers and wanted to optimize my GPU1 (AMD) for rendering so i edited some files in regestry, after that all was working fine and later i rendered the same video (which previously i edited, rendered and Encoded) i saw that issue.

What i did after this?

I reinstalled new Window, cleaned all the partitions and reinstall the Adobe and updated all the drivers but after all that i am facing the same issue

ehm i just used lut for colorgrade and slow motion with "Time Remapping & Optical Flow" as i said everything were working fine the same project, the same editing! i were able to render and encode them but after i did some settings this happened.

Well configurations are:
CPU: Intel Core i7-4600U -
GPU: Intel HD 4400 (Mobile 1.0/1.1 GHz) + AMD M4100 Firepro GL
SSD: 128GB
RAM:  8GB - 51.6%
MBD: HP ZBook 14

First off, and i'm sorry for saying this since i'm sure that's not what you want to hear, your system is well below minimum requirements for Premiere.

What might work, but not for long, is manually clearing your cache files. Other than that, I strongly suggest an upgrade.

1. What will be the best configuration for light editing like using luts, slowmo with optical flow. Is that good if i go for (Hp i5 8250 Intel uhd 620 graphics thats in my budget)

2. As i said the same project were working smoothly, i have rendered & encoded the same project before

3. but after i re-updated Intel & Amd drives at least 4 times to optimize my amd gpu and also editing the file "IntelOpenCL64 i just changed value data 0 to 1"

4. I was testing rendering speed and saw that it stucks at rendering and Adobe premiere freeze itself and playback.

5. It also freezes sometimes at Timeline/Playback and my both gpu stops working as shown in screenshot Above in Taskmanager.

Hope to be replied for my 5 points

1. Yeah i do know, but as i said the same project i rendered, encoded with the same laptop and confg.
2. I just wanted to optimize my Dedicated GPU so i updated the drivers at least 3-5 times by uninstalling & reinstalling also i edited the file in registry "IntelOpenCL64" changed its value from 0 to 1. [Later i reseted all, installed fresh windows & premiere]
3. I've noticed something different! i created new project and i did normal cuts and applied lut and i was able to render and encode but when i do slowmotion with optical flow and add some more work e.g effects/transitons/glitchs in my sequence, it stucks at rendering and encoding also Adobe premiere freezes it self after canceling rendering tab

4. Will this be best if i go for, as the above machine, it is in my budget but it doesn't have Dedicated Graphics card
HP Pavillion i5-8250U
Intel UHD 620 Graphics
8GB RAM 1TB HDD

You were lucky it rendered the first time. Again all that behaviour is tied to a system well below recommended specs. And not, the second system is not best. you need at least an i7 with 16gb ram an 2 ssd
