Premiere Pro 2020 - Can't rename

Buggy software that shold not be released yet. I can't event rename anything. LOL.... 

Right Now, i'm still keeping my 2019 apps waiting for the fix.

Dear Sumeet,

After reading your Reply, I try to reopen my project on Premiere CC 2020. Weardly It works Normaly. Now I can create bin, and rename it as i want.

I guess my problem is solved.

I has this happen and found that going to Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout fixed it.

If it happens again, try this and see if it helps.

Just wanted to respond that I just had this same issue.  Restarting the software did not help but strangely enough Meg_The_Dog's solution of resetting to saved layout did seem to solve it.

This is the 4th time I run into this issue and finally searched for an answer.

I'm using CS5 64 bit and I just had the same problem.  Each time I went to rename a clip, the focus would be pulled away after around half a second.  Resetting the workspace solved the problem, thanks.

So resetting did not work for me. if you change your menu options from freeform to icon it will fix it. In the menu from that box where the videos are shown it will list "LIST, ICON, FREEFORM" options select to ICON. PROJECT MENU LEFT HAND CORNER BOX
