Please post Mediainfo in English.

Make sure Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.

Thanks for the screenshot. Are you still getting the issue after switching to "No Input"? What's the source of the media files? Are they screen recorded footage?

Guessing Zmienny is variable.

If so that is your problem. Convert to constant framerate with Handbrake before bringing it into Premiere.
