When the app begins to crash, the playback function is always the first one to not work. I can still click the buttons to go to settings, preferences, etc, but nothing else will work. Eventually, the whole app will not respond. Laptop also heats up, fans going crazy. I will have to force shut down my laptop everything after the crash, my start key wouldn't work.
I have tried many methods like downgrading to Windows 10, Reset preferences, Turn off GPU Acceleration, Remove media cache files, update/ reinstall, avoid using drag & drop, closing other applications, and a few more.
my processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz 1.50 GHz, and I checked that it should be able to run Premiere Pro (tell me if I am wrong).
Is anyone else experiencing a similar situation? or does anyone know the answer to my problem or how to fix it?
