Hi!
I created an OBS vid explaining what's happening. You can watch it at this frame.io link.
ME won't export audio from these Ninja V Prores files unless specifically exported off a timeline. This is very inefficient for batch exports. Please help!

No use in hindsight but if only recording two audio channels - I've seen this advice.
"If you deselect recording on channels 1 and 2 the Ninja will save the embedded audio into tracks 1 and 2, and now Quicktime can find it."

I'm wondering if you've checked the Audio tab on the export dialog, and checked to see what is set for exporting there? Some presets 'assume' say two tracks into stereo or various possibilities. And you need to set those to what's actually on the timeline.

So I tried adjusting some settings no sound. What I've noticed is that when I export it is exporting one of the audio tracks. the source Ninja V Prores files have 4 tracks
- 1 and 2 are silent, just a faint static can be heard
- 3 and 4 have the clip audio
When I export I can hear the faint static from either 1 or 2 when I pause and play.
I'm just not sure why it exports audio when I export from the timeline, but doesn't I export from the project bin.
