Premiere Pro CC 2019 - Track Matte Key Doesn't Work

Since upgrading to CC 2019, my effects that use the Track Matte Key effect appear correctly in program monitor, but when I export the video it just doesn't work (in Premiere as well as Media Encoder). First time I've ever encountered something like this where an effect doesn't work after an update. If anyone has an answer please let me know.

Hey there, duskypanther!

Sorry this has gone unanswered for a few days, but I have a couple of questions that may help us find you a solution.

Could you please post a screenshot of your export settings? And a screenshot of what you see in your program monitor VS. on export? This can help us figure out what's going on. We're on the case!

Thanks,

Caroline

This issue is not resolved for me. I'm using .mov files and tracking my footage to it. Some of that interview footage is nested.

But nested or not, I've tried it all, and some interviews will just not export properly.

I'm working on a project that has 6 versions of the same video (3 formats, 2 languages) and I'm on a deadline.

I've upgraded to the latest Premiere version (13.01) to fix this and it doesn't work, but on top of that my EGs are not syncing fonts properly.

Help, thanks.
