Premiere Pro CC - Video glitched after import

Hi, everytime when i try to import video to Premiere pro, it gets glitched and looks like this:

These purple and green stripes are there for the whole time.

I have tried to change video format from MOV to MP4 and it didnt help.
I also tried to uncheck Accelerated Intel h.264. (Edit>Preferences>Media>Accelerated intel), then i deleted media cache and its also not helping.

I need to edit this video as quick as possible, iam desperate. If anyone knows how to fix this glitch please help me with it.
