Hello everyone,
I have problems with couple of videos. I was working on them without a problem in Premiere Pro CC 2017, also in CC2015. However, recently CC2017 has not played them anymore. It plays other videos, but it does not want to open these certain vids that I need to work on.
Each time I try to play them, there is no sound and black screen - lately it started to show also a turquoise screen and also a light green screen.
I can still open them on other computer in CC2015, just not in the CC2017 which worked until recently.
The videos are in avi and I change their format to mp4, mov,.. nothing has helped. I tried different kind of settings of the sequence, then different fps, I also tried some other tips that I googled (file->project setting->renderer) or right click on preview of video and changing playback...
