Hello all,

I regularly encounter the following issue: 

1. I produce & export a perfect short clip for social media (Instagram).

2. Upload it to Google Photos.

3. Download the clip to my Google Pixel XL

Result: horrific degredation of the clip with pink, purple and green chaos! Completely unusable.

Does anyone else ever have this problem? Are Google and Adobe fighting? Or have I missed something other than changeing the Mercury Playback Engine to Software Only wich is my standard setting.

Is the answer going to be export to synced creative cloud folder, download the creative cloud app....and download file from the creative cloud app?

This did not work - using Creative Cloud to transfer the video. See screen capture of my Pixel.
