premiere pro initial launch error 0xc0000142

Obi wan.. paying 30 bucks a month, can't launch.. go to run exe file in adobe premiere pro 2024 exe, says:

adobe premiere pro.exe application error the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).

Can't figure out solutions, no live chat help support. Meanwhile, getting billed. Can't launch Adobe premiere pro 2024, even though I'm getting billed for it. No chat support available.. maybe cause it's 3:51pm Saturday.. no, not late in the evening. oh well.. guess I'll just keep getting billed for a product I cannot launch.

error referrenced the visual C++ file ( msvcpXXX.dll)

repaired Visual C++ 2019-2022 library files for 32bit and 64bit

this resolved the issue for my associate.

I installed latest Visual C++, but I still have the same problem. It is possible that this error occurs if the system specifications are low?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use a Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT a Game Driver).

Did you install all the C++ updates?
