Premiere pro is not opening

can anyone please help me i have premiere pro 2025 ,it opens for 2 seconds and then closes ,if i open a file of it then also it doesnt open and it generates a log file:

01:48:03:417 [CRITICAL] SharedConnection - Failed to open WinHTTP Session. The parameter is incorrect.

, last error code = 87

01:48:03:417 [ERROR] Failed to Configure Secure Protocols. WinHTTP Incorrect Handle Type. last error code = 12018

Can anyone please help me

i have i913900hx with 4070M,windows 11,samsung ssd and killear wifi card

Do you have an IT administrator for your computer?

In your Network & Internet > Proxy settings do you have "Automatically detect settings" checked?

Hey my bad ,it still shows this error in the log file but now the software opens for 5-10 seconds ,before it opened for 2 seconds only

yes it is checked,and yes i ran the software as administrator,please help me

Hey i disabled automatically detect settings and it worked thank you very much
