Premiere Pro - Latest Update July 4th 2018

Hi Guys, I am having an issue with premiere pro, I can scroll and playback my sequence fine but when I try to add a block of captions premiere crashes with a 'Serious problem'

We are sorry that you are facing this weird issue with captions.

• Are you working on an updated project or is it a new project started in the latest version?
• What are your system specs?

Try this: open your project, choose File > Project settings > General & select MPE Software Only Mode under the video renderer.
