Premiere Pro Not Responding

I'm using Premiere Pro version 14.2 on a brand new Mac Mini.  I have 64 gigs of ram, and pretty much all the specs are fully maxed out on my Mac Mini, so that shouldn't be the issue.  The issue I'm experiencing is my projects will not open, or when they do open Premiere Pro just goes unresponsive and I have to "Force Quit" to close it.  I use Essential Graphics for a short intro and a few social media lower thirds fly-ins.  When I open a project, those items will never load and that's what causes it to go unresponsive.  I've tried several things to troubleshoot the issue and none of them have worked.  This issue did not start happening until I updated to Premiere Pro version 14.2.  Looking for suggestions or remedies to get this fixed so I do not lose all the work I've put into these projects.  It's currently affecting 11 different video projects.

Hi Melvin,

We're sorry for the trouble. I would recommend you to clean media cache (https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-clear-your-cache-in-premiere-pro-2019/td-p/83...)  and reset preferences(https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-premiere-pro/td-p/...)

Let us know if it helps.

Thanks,

Shivangi
