I've included a crash report, but since the past few days Premiere Pro keeps crashing while rendering or exporting a sequence. No matter the project, no matter the used videofile types, no matter the export settings. It always crashes halfway through.
I've cleaned cache, re-installed older versions and updated, checked graphic drivers, but it still keeps crashing everytime and Premiere Pro stops responding.
I'm working on an Apple M1 pro Macbook with 32gb
MacOs Sequoia 15.6.1 (24G90)
Please help!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

HI @gilian_6328 - Are you on version 25.4.1? This issue has been fixed in beta version 25.6.0 build 54 or later and will be included in the next release of Premiere Pro version 25.5

HI @gilian_6328 - You can find it in the creative cloud desktop app under the tab "Beta". If you do not see the beta tab then navigate to the menu bar > help > and select "Check for updates". If you do not wish to use the beta you can also roll back to version 25.3.

@jamieclarke The beta version doesn't appear when I go to the relevant tab nor when I check for updates. Rolling back to version 25.3 didn't solve my problem, so I would love to try the beta version, but it's not there. It still says I'm using version 25.4.1. so I didn\t already install the beta. I've included a screenshot of what appears in my beta tab, it only offers a beta for Illustrator.
Is there any other way to download the beta version? Or do I need to re-install Creative Cloud completely?

Hi @gilian_6328 - Can you try logging out of creative cloud desktop app and then logging back in. Sorry about that.

Despite being logged in with my Adobe-account it just gives me the option to buy a new subscription or take a trial version. And then it proceeds to a payment page. But I already have a paid subscription.
There's no option to just download it while being logged in on the website with my Adobe-account.. I've attached a screenshot
