I shot my videos on a D5500 Nikon Camera. Im trying to upload them into my premiere pro, on my HP Windows 8. The software recognizes the file, and plays the audio, but when I hit "play" I cant see video. I only see a bunch of moving vertical lines. Can anyone tell me how I can fix this please?! I've converted the file 100 times but still can't make it work 😕

Make sure that your system is powerful enough to use Premiere Pro.

And if you are using/trying the latest version of Premiere Pro, you may need to update the operating system.
